SAJAMA NATIONAL PARK PLAN I (5 Days)

VERY IMPORTANT: Although a good part of this trip is in a very comfortable 4x4 Vehicle, in order to full fill 100% of the program, it exist same excursions in which we will cover distances on foot overall on the exploration days in the area of the Sajama National Park. The program includes visits to archaeological sites and Colonial constructions such as the Curaguara de Carangas Colonial Church.

SCHEDULE:
DAY 01: Departure from La Paz to the Sajama National Park long journey through Bolivia is high plateau (4.000 m), visiting old Colonial churches; arrival at the stone city of Kalakoto (4.000 m). Night camping.
DAY 02: Exploration day in the stone city of Kalakoto. Night camping.
DAY 03: Continued journey on to the small village of Sajama (4.000 m ), camping nearby. Night camping.
DAY 04: Exploration day in the wonderful Sajama National Park, camping near hot springs. Night camping.
DAY 05: Return trip to La Paz; arrive at your hotel and end our services.

INCLUDES.-

Guide, entrance to the park, a 4x4 vehicle, canping equipment, shelter and food during the tour, breakfast, dinner and picnic.


NOT INCLUDED:

- Individual personal equipment, restaurant services in the cities, extra expenses outside mentioned.
- Restaurant service dinner in cities.
- Policy of personal insurance.

VERY IMPORTANT:

All member of the expedition must have the following complete personal equipment
Light rucksack./ Sleeping bag able to withstand temperatures to – 20 oC for auto trips on the high plateau, and light sleeping bah for the tropical zone./ Respective mats and insulated pad./ Cold protective jacket and sweaters./ Cold protective globes./ Rain protective globes for tropical sites./ Good leather shoes./ Good trekking boots for the OOT 04 – PLAN OOT – 05./ Wool socks for high lands
