A small continent. Being located on the equator and the Andes, Pacific Ocean, Amazon and Galapagos Islands, Ecuador made ​​of one of the most diverse places in the world. A challenging expedition that will take us to the tops of the volcanoes Cotopaxi and Chimborazo, the highest mountain in Ecuador and enjoy the best scenery in the eastern Andes.


Day 1: Arrival in Quito (Ecuador) transfer to your hotel. Day 2: City Tour in Quito: Explore the city  old quarter and visit different churches and finally we visit the Middle

           of the World (online Ecuador) hotel accommodation.

Day 3: Acclimatization lagoon Kotakachi 4 hours  walking and continue to Otavalo for the night in a hostel.

Day 4: Excursion  and climb Imbabura 4600m. Return to Otavalo pernochte hostel.

Day 5: Drive  and  accommodation  to  LLovisna  Lodge near Mt Eleniza overnight  lodge.

Day 6: Drive by vehicle to park  Santa Maria, then  approximation  for two hours to the refuge Buen Horizonte

            4700m. Afternoon ascent to  North Ileniza 5248m. Return to the shelter.

Day 7: Drive  to  Chilcabamba hostel accommodation include dinner and Breakfast

Day 8: Refugio Cotopaxi (4800 m)

Transfer to the car park at 4,600 m. From there it will take one of two hour for to reach the Jose Rivas refuge (4,800 m). Later we will do some exercises on the glacier. Dinner and prepare the team for the climb Cotopaxi. Breakfast, lunch and dinner picnic.


Day 9 : Refugio Jose Ribas - Cotopaxi Summit ( 5,897 m)

At midnight we got up and started our ascent to Cotopaxi, which will last about 7 hours in total. The ascent  with Crampon take us seamlessly through 40 ° to 55 ° slope to the summit. We crossed some cracks and move forward with beautiful views of frozen waterfalls. From the summit we will have a wonderful view of the crater, as well as other volcanoes. At noon back to the shelter. After rest and recuperate, down to the parking lot and continue our journey to the "Chasqui Cuello de la Luna " where we overnight. Breakfast and lunch included.

Day 10: Rest in hostel.
Day 11: Refugio Whymper (5000 m) Chimborazo.

We leave from hotel  in the morning to Ambato, where we drwent to Chimborazo massif. On the way we will have gone through picturesque villages that are located near the volcano. Our car will leave us at the shelter Hermanos Carrel at a height of 4,800 m. From there it will take about 45 minutes to the Whymper refuge (5000 m). Prepare equipment for summit day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 12: Refugio Whymper - Summit Chimborazo (6310 m) – trip to Baños.

Before midnight to start the ascent of Chimborazo. This will take the normal route or the Castle  edge and then via ramp 50 ° to the first summit (Veinte milla to 6,270 m). Then continue the climb to the highest peak ( 6,310 m Whymper Summit) after about 8 hours of climbing. Enjoy views the highest mountain in Ecuador! Our return trip for 3 hours to "baños" arrival and  the hotel accommodation.

Day 13: This quaint town offers a variety of possibilities for a memorable day. You can relax in the hot springs and visit one of the many waterfalls, as the Devil Pailón, cycling or horse, Breakfast in Bed.

Afternoon transfer to Quito by private transportation, hotel accommodations.

Day 14: Transfer to airport OUT, end of our services.
